Dr. Shaloam A. Ofisa DC, MS, FMT
Dr. Shaloam Ofisa grew up in Samoa most of his life where Natural Healing and Holistic Care is most popular.
He served a two year mission for his church (LDS) 2003-2005 in the Idaho Pocatello Mission (IPM).
Dr. Ofisa came back the summer of 2005 and Married his beautiful wife Brittney D. Nelson of Pocatello. Brittney has a background in graphic design and multi-media.
They have 4 beautiful children, Anitelu 16 years old (boy), Aleki 15 years old (boy), Aleina 12 years old (girl) and AloAli'ioSamoa 8 years old (boy). He loves spending time with his family when he is not in the office helping his patients feel better.
HOBBIES: Dr. Ofisa plays volleyball 1-2x's/week with friends and family. He and his wife loves going to the gym at 5 O'clock in the morning 5 times a week to work out. Dr. Ofisa was involved in a lot of sports when he was young including basketball (played 4 years in High School), Rugby and Football.

Meet the Staff
Jody is our office manager. Jody is the mother of 5 and grandmother of 12. She has a passion for health and wellness and has multiple certifications in the wellness industry. Jody enjoys spending time with her family and serving others. She is a self-made artist (she painted our children’s room) and enjoys traveling and learning. Jody’s philosophy is “Everyday you spend taking care of your health is one less day you spend losing it”. Jody enjoys working with the patients in the clinic and is always looking for new ways to make their experience here at the office more enjoyable.
Cassidy is here to answer all of your billing and insurance questions. Cassidy is a graduate of the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and enjoys the healing realm of the medical community. She is a great asset to our team. She loves spending time with her husband and dog and enjoys the outdoors. They enjoy dirt biking, camping, horseback riding and watching movies.
You will find Kaitlyn in the back assisting Dr. Ofisa. She has a cheerful attitude and such a caring spirit. She was raised in Blackfoot, Idaho, and graduated from Blackfoot High School where she was involved in volleyball and track. After graduating she attended Idaho State University where she studied Physical Therapy Assisting and competed on the track team as heptathlete. She served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Iowa and was recently married to her high school sweetheart. Kaitlyn loves camping, skiing, painting, meeting new people, being active and especially eating Crumbl cookies.
Taylor is the first smiling face you will see when you come to our clinic She was raised in a small town in California, near the volcanic Mt. Shasta. She made the move to Idaho where she has made her home. She formerly worked in the retail world where she spent much of her career traveling and training upcoming associates. After careful consideration, Taylor decided to make a career change to the wellness field. She enjoys fitness, family and friends. She is a ray of sunshine in our office and truly loves and cares about every person who walks through our doors. You will surly grow to love her smile and her warm welcome as we have.
Jose is a 2016 graduate of National Holistic Institute 900 program as a Massage Therapist and Health Educator. Jose works with a variety of conditions and creates a customized, outcome-driven treatment plan for each patient to address their health needs. He incorporates massage therapy with Corrective Exercises and Stretching to support each patient’s health care plan. While Sports Massage and Deep Tissue are his strength, function and pain relief are the main goal of every massage. Jose brings great experience and expertise to our office and is greatly loved by our patients.
Bradley Frank is a 2022 graduate of the International Institute of Massage Therapy. The 1000 hour program trained him in several different massage modalities and tools that aid in creating plans for patients specific needs, some of which are Swedish massage, gun sha, cupping and reflexology. He is truly gifted as a massage therapist. In his spare time Bradley enjoys going for runs, cooking a good meal, or reading a good book. Bradley is a true gentleman and is greatly loved by the patients and staff.
With nearly 20 years in the health and fitness industry, Kyrie is a great asset to our massage team. She focuses on a results-based approach to massage. She specializes in sports massage as well as deep myofascial massage. She is most passionate about working with pre-natal and post-natal mothers and is studying to become a birthing coach. In her spare time she enjoys learning and loves to grow. She is always engaged in broadening her perspective and skills. She loves to wander serenely in nature, travel the world, and celebrate harmony wherever she finds it.
Maila has returned to our office after a few years away. She has lived in Pocatello for over 10 years where she is raising her 5 children. Maila was born in Samoa and will always have a piece of the islands in her heart. She loves to serve and to give back to the community in gratitude for the community reaching out to love and support her after the tragic loss of her husband. Maila enjoys cooking and time with family. We are grateful for her kind and gentle spirit here in our office.
